Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please keep in mind our cancellation policy. If you need to make any adjustments to any future appointments, we ask you do so more than 24 hours in advance. Any changes made within the 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the services booked. Any no call/no shows will result in 100% charge of your services booked. We appreciate your respect of our stylists' time, and other clients waiting to book appointments.
